                                   C1-pupils exchanges   C2 – TTL  ACTIVITY 

 SUNDAY 12th    Arrival of  the partners at Fiumicino/Ciampino Airports in Rome.

MONDAY 13th  Pick-up the teachers from the AIRPORT by teachers’ cars

                            Family  accommodation for the students:

                            meeting families at the  hotel. Hotel for the teachers

 

20.00-21.00        Welcome Dinner  at the hotel restaurant (with some Italian        

                            teachers too)

 

TUESDAY  14th

 

8:00-9:00       Breakfast at the hotel

 

9:30               Pick-up the teachers from the HOTEL by teachers’ cars

 

9:40-13:00    WELCOME:

 – Headmaster Greetings

 – Offering symbolical gifts to partners

 – Presenting &Singing the Erasmus Anthem

 – The Myth and Legend of the Mouth of Truth played                          

   by  Leonori  students

– Visiting school (kindergarten, primary):2 groups

 

13:30-15:00  Lunch at school with typical Italian dishes prepared by the 

                      families and the teachers

 

!5:00-17:30  Activities Presentation by all partners: videos about activities and

                     Local Myths

                     Latvian teachers present the initial questionnaire and

                     the 1st capture of ROLLING STONE; Adventures written by the

                     pupils of BALOZI

                    Working session: Discussing current  status of the project/evaluation  

                    Planning activities and next mobilities

 

18:00         Returning to the hotel by teachers’ cars

 

20.00        Pizza  in a typical Roman  pizzeria “Lo Sbarco di Enea”(the Landing of

                                                                                                                         Aeneas)

Wednesday  15th

 

8:00-9:00    Breakfast at the hotel

 

 9:00           Pick-up the teachers from the HOTEL by bus then pupils from school

 

9:00-16:30  Leaving for Circeo tour:  “Gli Dei fra le Fronde”

                                                              “Gods among the leaves”

                        A naturalistic excursion through myths and legends related to plants

                    Packed lunch offered by school

17:00          Returning to the hotel

 

20:00         Dinner at “Osteria Scarchilli”with typical  Italian dishes(near the hotel)

 

22:00         A drink at O’Connell Irish Pub

 

Thursday 16th

 

8:00             Breakfast at the hotel

 

8:30             Pick-up the teachers from the HOTEL by bus then pupils from school

 

8:30-17:30    Guided Tour in Rome by bus and walking  (Coliseum, Foro  

                      Romano, Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia , Fontana di Trevi, Piazza   

                      Navona, Piazza di Spagna, with a break for eating(packed lunch    

                      offered by school ) and tasting a good Italian ice cream.

                     Walking and free time for shopping

                    

18:00         Returning to the hotel

 

20:00         Dinner at Mirko’s  (near the hotel)

 

22:00        A drink at Mawi  Pub

 

Friday 17th

 

8:00           Breakfast at the hotel

 

8:30          Guided Tour: Ostia Antica( by walking and by boat ).It is a large  

                  archeological site, close to the modern suburb of Ostia (Rome), that   

                 was the location of the harbour city of ancient Rome.

 

13:30        Returning to school. Lunch offered by school for teachers

                  Students at  home

 

15:00       Cerimony of Receiving Certificates and gifts at school with students

                 and  parents too. Traditional dances and folk songs.

                Taking a picture with all ERASMUS TEAM(students,teachers,parents)

 

17:00      Returning to the hotel               

 

19:00      Farewell dinner in Trastevere a charming medieval  

               neighbourhood in Rome .Walking along Rome’s Tiber river and its   

              Bridges

 

Saturday 18th

 

DEPARTURE

Each group can choose to go to airport  by cab or by private cars booked at the hotel.
