Zenei világnap keretén belül iskolánkba látogatott a Jártató zenekar és Makaron néptánc együttes. Zenés, táncos bemutatójuk felejthetetlen pillanatokkal ajándékozott meg.

Szüreti mulatság 2019
2019. 09.17-én, pénteken délután Szüreti Mulatságot rendeztek a napközis nevelők a tanulóknak. Néptáncbemutató, lovaskocsikázás, sutulás, csere-bere, kézműveskedés, gólylábazás, kerékhajtás, diódobálás, madárijesztő „bemutató” volt a program. A délután nagyon jó hangulatban telt.
Őszi kültéri padfestés a Bercsényi Miklós általános iskolában
2019.szeptember 21-én, egy verőfényes szombati napon néhány lelkes ember gyülekezett az iskola udvarán. A nagykátai Clarion Hungary Elektronikai Kft. jóvoltából, a cég „Szabadidős társadalmi felelősség vállalás” pályázat keretében az iskola udvarán található padok és a „zöld udvar” kiülői újultak meg. Az előkészítésben és a kivitelezésben az iskola néhány jelenlegi diákja (Fényes Virág 6.b.; Horti Bálint 6.b.; Szerencsi József 1.a.), illetve szüleik is részt vettek. A jó hangulatban végzett munka meghozta gyümölcsét és a nap végén a padok és a kiülők szemet gyönyörködtetően ragyogtak a csodálatos őszi napsütésben !
Természettudományos tehetséggondozás – kilencedik éve
A Bercsényi Miklós Általános Iskola a 2018/19. tanévben az Emberi Erőforrások Minisztériuma által meghirdetett, Nemzeti Tehetség Program Matematikai Természettudományi, Technikai és Digitális kompetenciák fejlesztésére sikeres pályázatot nyújtott be.
Az 1.500.000 Ft vissza nem térítendő támogatásból a legtehetségesebb 6., 7., 8. osztályos tanulók (18 fő) bevonásával, 60 órás, „Négy őselem” elnevezésű programot valósítottak meg. A tanév egészében zajló foglalkozásokon a tanulók játékos kísérletek, mérések, modellek építése során ismerkedtek meg a négy őselem – a föld, a víz, a tűz, a levegő – tulajdonságait, az ezekhez tartozó halmazállapotokat, a földben található ásványkincseinket. Az iskolán kívüli foglalkozásokon, rendhagyó földrajzóra keretében jártunk a Szemlő-hegyi-barlangban. A Kutatók éjszakáját Egerben töltöttük, ahol a Konyhakémia, a Tüzes kísérletek és a Fagyasztás -196 ºC-on című előadásokat néztük meg. Jártunk a Budapesti Műszaki Egyetemen, az Eötvös Lóránd Tudományegyetemen, a Pusztazámori Regionális Hulladékkezelő Központban, a Csodák Palotájában, a Mátrai Hőerőműben és Egerben, a Varázstoronyban. A háromnapos kiránduláson a Bükki Nemzeti Parkot fedeztük fel. Projektzáróként a hagyományos, iskolai Fizikanapot rendeztük meg.
„IVOTEU19“ – REPORT FOR PARTNERS
During 17th to 24th March 2019 the youth exchange „IVOTEU19“ took place in Bratislava, Slovakia organized by slovak organization Youth for Equality. Youth exchnage has brought together 35 young people between 18 – 28 years old from Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Turkey and Slovakia. The main aim of the project was to raise awareness of the EU among young people with the particular attention to the EU elections in 2019. Through creative and interactive games, activities, workshops, presentations, street activities, role plays and simulations were enhancing young people´s feeling of responsibility for the future of their continent. Countries with lowest participation in EU elections in 2014 were chosen for the project. The participation in EU elections in 2019 has increased to compared results with participation in EU elections in 2014. Results are following: Poland from 23,83% to 43,00%, Hungary from 28,97% to 43,36%, Czech Republic from 18,20% to 28,72% and Slovakia from 13,05% to 22,74%. Turkey as a country that for many years has to face the refusals of being a member state of EU has also participated in the project. Thus during the elections in 2019 Turkey took the role of supporter and motivated our participants to go vote and support their candidates.

Event: LEGEND OF THE BLUE LAND. In Lębork, every year, we have a competition „The Legends of the Blue Land”. Students write their own myths and legends about Lębork and the surrounding area. Our students have won awards in the XI Open Literary Competition.

Event: ECO DAY. As part of the Eco Day we went to clean the beach to the Slowinski National Park near Łeba. We also visited a place closely associated with our myth of the Old Łeba and there was also cleaned the area.

Event: DIVERSITY DAY. On the occasion of the International Day of Diversity, we shot a movie with actors from partner schools about the differences and similarities of students around the world. Each school sent us short videos, which we then edited.

Event: POMERANIA MYTHS. We prepared multimedia presentations that talked about the myths associated with Pomerania: „Jurata, the Queen of the Baltic Sea” and „The legend of the Great Flood in Łeba”. To take good pictures, we rented special outfits and went to the seaside. We learned a lot about our myths and we had a great time.

Event: THE MOUTH OF TRUTH. The play was acted out by the students at Leonori school. It was about the story of an ancient Roman myth called “The Mouth of truth”, an enormous marble image of a man’s face. According to legend, the man is said to bite off the hand of liars.

Event: AROUCA GEOPARK. We observed the soil erosion and the nodules released and accumulated in the soil. After studying the geo phenomenon and the mythical stories associated to it, students could visit the site which is a geological treasure known as „Pedras parideiras” (Baby stones delivered by the mother rock). According to the myth, fertility increases when a woman sleeps with one of those stones under her pillow.

The newspaper articles were written by secondary school 3A and illustrated by primary school 5D. Each publication was composed by several fixed subjects about the ‘Erasmus Plus’ eight countries. The students wrote about geographic news, sport, food, culture, music, mythology of each country.
